Douglas G. Lewis is President of Jordan Gareth,
Inc., based out of Atlanta, Ga.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Lewis has completed graduate
study in marketing and finance. He began his career by working as an
account executive for an advertising agency. Later, he worked as a
regional sales manager for Bell South Publishing. Prior to founding
Jordan Gareth in 1989, he served as a senior account manager for a publishers
representative group in the Southeast. He has been involved in the
launching of several successful magazines , help build publishing companies, as
well as turn some around.
Lewis has discussed the advertising/marketing relationship at a number of
schools and colleges. He is a member of the Business/Professional
Advertising Association, the American Business Publishers Association, the
American Marketing Association and the National Association of Publishers'
Representatives.
